Insagum 1027 is a hot emulsion styrene-butadiene copolymer. It is white to light yellow and free of foreign matter. It is stabilized with BHT antioxidant. Product is manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and complies with U.S. FDA regulation 21 CFR 172.615 referenced to SBR used for Chewing Gum, 21 CFR 177.2600 Indirect food additives: Polymers.

Applications: Insagum 1027 is specially designed for chewing gum applications giving softer chew.

Insagum 1027 is a hot emulsion styrene-butadiene copolymer. It is white to light yellow and free of foreign matter. It is stabilized with BHT antioxidant. Product is manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and complies with U.S. FDA regulation 21 CFR 172.615 referenced to SBR used for Chewing Gum, 21 CFR 177.2600 Indirect food additives: Polymers. It meets the requirements in the Food Chemical Codex for 25/75 type SBR. It is commercialized in 34±1 Kg rectangular bales individually wrapped in detachable LDPE film (4.0 mil, 0.101 mm) and shipped in 36-bale cardboard boxes. LDPE film complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 paragraph (c) (2.2). Cardboard box dimensions (wood platform included).
