Two Part Liquid Dispensable Gap Filler Product Description Tflex™ CR350S is a two-part, 3.6W/m•K dispensable gap filler providing low hardness and high reliability. This dispensable gap filler minimizes the bonding force between the components and heatsink during disassembly which make it easy to rework. Tflex™ CR350S is ideal for application where large gap tolerance are present, meeting vertical shock and vibe requirements, typical of the automotive industry.
