NW330GP portable cone crusher adjustable for any crushing need Nordwheeler™ NW330GP is a portable cone crusher used in second, third, or fourth stage of the crushing process. With no integrated screening unit, it is easier to place in different stages of a crushing process increasingly adding flexibility in the plant layout. With portable crushers and screens, you can use the same equipment when feed material and end product requirements change. More process flexibility without an integrated screen NW330GP is built around the Nordberg® GP330™ versatile cone crusher that can be adjusted for any application need. It has high nominal power, effective stroke, and cavity range. The crusher’s cavity and stroke can be altered according to the application requirements to achieve high capacity, top end product quality, as well as low wear part cost. GP330 has 315 kW (425 hp) crushing power resulting to capacity up to 420 Mtph (462 Stph). Nordwheeler plants include ready-made plant layouts, flowsheets and pre-designed crushing stations. Relocating the equipment makes permitting easier For easy transport, NW330GP has an advanced wheel-mounted chassis with 2-axle removable bogie and standard transportation dimensions. Thanks to the EU road regulation compliance, it can be transported without special transportation permits in many countries. At the site, the machines are set up quickly with hydraulic support legs and no heavy crane is needed. The portable plants don’t require heavy concrete foundations, and the ability to relocate the entire site makes the crushing permitting easier. Lower CO2 emissions with electricity Nordwheeler portable plants are all electric. Lower CO2 emissions make the crushing and screening operation more sustainable, especially when using renewable energy sources. Many times, electric equipment is an important requirement for crushing permits and when bidding for contracts. Electrically operated units are easy to maintain, and their operational costs are significantly lower than diesel-driven machines. In addition, when grid is not available, servicing a single large diesel generator on the site is less demanding than servicing multiple diesel engines in each unit. Crusher process control for improved productivity Metso IC™ crusher process control is a standard feature for portable crushers. It automates, monitors, controls, and optimizes the crushing process. Nordwheeler plant includes a Remote User Interface (RUI), which ensures more efficient and safer use of the plant. The system can be centrally controlled from a distance, leading to safer and easier operation of the machine. The remote system also allows adjusting the process without stopping it, further improving productivity and reducing downtime through preventive maintenance. The end product quality will also be more consistent due to an automatically controlled process. IC process control and RUI are included with Nordwheeler plants without extra costs.
