Wood shavings are used in aviary beds and after that are sent to the tiltages in order to be used as organic compost in several cultures.

There are 350 thousand m³ of wood processed in the industries per year and all the raw material is used. 100% of the biomass is transformed into other products for the generation of clean energy, pulp and paper, and rebuilt wood slabs.

Biomass is all organic matter that can be used to produce energy. The use of wood residues (biomass) to generate thermal and electrical energy replaces fossil fuels. This contributes to reducing the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere and, consequently, the greenhouse effect, as it is a source of clean and renewable energy.
