Planed square edge timber S4S/S is a four-sided timber with a rough-sawn surface, suitable for applications where the natural wood texture is meant to remain visible. The rough-sawn finish highlights the wood structure and gives the material a slightly more robust surface compared to planed timber.

S4S/S is a versatile construction wood used for fences, railings, canopies and other outdoor details. It is also suitable for fence boards and similar structures where, in addition to durability, the visual character of the wood is important.
