These include thread adapters, crack-tested bolts, nuts, ring lugs and many other components that reliably complement your application. All items are perfectly matched to RUD lifting points and support safe, durable and efficient use of our products.

ASPA Adaptor Thread adaptor - Thread adapters should only be used as a reducer for already existing threads to allow the attachment of high tensile RUD lifting points. The thread adapters ae marked with the inside and outside thread diameters. - Attention: Never use DIN 580 or standard type eyebolts in combination with RUD thread adapters! - The WLL of the adapter is matched to the WLL of the RUD lifting point. - The thread adapter provides spanner flats for a wrench, a goove for a hook spanner and a hole for an assembly pin. - Care must be taken to ensure that the thread adapter is fully engaged and that the shoulder of the adapter accurately meets the bolt-on surface of the work piece. If the thread adapter is permanently installed on the work pice, RUD recommends applying the same torque as that stated for the RUD lifting point. - To avoid misuse in combination with DIN 580 or standard type eye bolts, RUD recommends to secure the high tensile RUD lifting point into the thread adapter with ´Locite´ or similar. - Generally, all lifting points which are permanently on the work piece, should always be secured, e.g. with ´Locite´ or similar.

VLBS-Weld-on block - Large WLL range 1.5 t – 16 t. - Distance knobs on the weld-on block for the necessary distance for root welding. - Bracket and weld-on block for VLBS-U is captive due to the retaining spring.

VLBS-Ring - Large WLL range 1.5 t – 16 t. - Functionally optimised shape of the suspension ring for better support at side loading and protection of the clamping spring.

VRBS-FIX Ring - Forged load ring according to EN 1677-1, - 100% electromagnetic crack detected, - pink powder coated. - Meets the requirements of the respective employer´s liability insurance association.

VRBS-FIX Weld-on block The welding blocks are forged out of the material 1.0577+N (St 52-3) and are marked with the identification number of the permissible nominal WLL. Welding should be carried out by a qualified person according to ISO 9606-1. The joint faces must be free from impurities like oil, colour etc. The chosen welding point must be suitable for the corresponding force introduction. The engaging surface must be plain. Given an uneven surface, the weld blocks have to be re-adjusted.
