For professional warewash applications requiring high flow rates CrateDose is a dual-pump microprocessor dosing unit with LCD display, designed for use with large crate washers in the fish, dairy, meat and beverage industries or for general clean-in-place (CIP) applications where flow rates are higher than standard warewash systems can achieve. CrateDose offers three separate dispensing programmes selectable manually or automatically by time of day as well as a programmable OFA time to signal alarm and eventually stop the pump if the detergent concentration set point has not been reached within the set value The system is fitted with a primary peristaltic pump including selectable dosing speed (20 - 40 - 60 - 80 l/h), activated by conductivity reading, while a secondary peristaltic pump offers adjustable speed and can be set to work with a detergent pump or controlled by separate input signal. Along with motor breakdown diagnosis to signal failures, CrateDose brings users two level control inputs compatible with SEKO suction devices for flagging up depleted containers.
