Excellent anti-corrosion performance

The zinc layer can effectively block air and moisture and prevent oxidation of the metal matrix. Among them, the alloy protective layer formed by the hot-dip galvanizing process has strong adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance. The anti-corrosion time of ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel wire exceeds 240 hours, and the service life can reach more than 20 years.

High strength and good ductility

After multiple cold drawing and annealing treatments, galvanized steel wire and iron wire not only maintain good flexibility but also have high tensile strength. The tensile strength can reach 350~550 MPa, and the high-strength type can reach more than 600 MPa. It is suitable for environments with high tension and frequent construction and can be repeatedly coiled and tightened without breaking.

Stable conductivity

The steel core has good conductivity, and the zinc layer has little effect on current transmission. When used in scenarios such as steel core aluminum stranded wire, while ensuring mechanical strength, the conductivity is increased by more than 20% compared to pure copper wire, making it more suitable for high-load power transmission.
