The rod is cold drawn and heat treated to various sizes. Size: 4.00mm to 9.00mm(Plain wires, 3-sided deformed wires, or 4 sided oval indented) Specification: ASTM A421, BS 5896, JIS G3536, MS 1138 Pt 2, BRAZIL ABNT NBR 7482, ASTM A648

Our company supply various types of PC wire including plain wire, chevron indented (deformed), 2-sided or 4-sided Oval Indented. During its stabilising process, the wire is heated to elevated temperature and the internal stress induced by wire drawing is released so that the finished product has more uniform elastic properties and greater resistance, better performance at elevated temperature and low relaxation property.

PC wire is widely used for many industries, such as prestressed concrete piles, concrete poles, concrete beams, railways sleepers, pressure pipe, building panels (slabs or outer walls), etc.
