The PLASTFILL® insert firmly embeds the outer strands in the plastic bed, resulting in a longer service life. Advantages - Good flexibility: The filler construction improves bendability - Minimal internal wear: 8 non-compacted core strands increase the core’s flexibility - Improved permanent lubrication: The PLASTFILL® insert reduces wear in the core Standard tolerance: +2 % to +4 %, other tolerance ranges and rope diameters are available upon request.
