The PE unbonded PC strand is the PC strand that each individual tendon is coated with grease and covered by High Density Polyethylene(HDPE) formed in the extrusion process. The envelope helps to protect the wire from corrosive environment and is convenient for removal when using temporary construction as well as to get un-bonded property for post-tensioned work.
