All THIELE forged links are produced in the company’s own drop forging shop. The general dimensions of the links correspond to the die-forging tolerances laid down in DIN EN 10243, F. The mating dimensions are finely calibrated. Through its in-house engineering department, THIELE ensures that all interfaces are adapted to the technical requirements. Thus, even very individual customer wishes can be taken into account. The mechanical processing of the individual components takes place on CNC-controlled machining centers.
