Quick Change impact idlers are available in 3 or 6 and 5 or 10 roll configurations. Roller construction: Steel shell with rubber discs, shaft bearing housing and excellent quality sealing arrangement. This type of impact idlers are used at conveyor loading and transfer points to safeguard belt and associated structure from lump material dropped from height. It has a unique feature that allows the rollers to lower by the frame using the jack. Sturdy steel construction having pinned arrangement with hot dip galvanised as standard option or customised paint.
