Transition idlers are custom made in 3 or 5 roll configurations to suit required belt width, trough angle and roller spacing. These idlers help belt attain the required trough angle gradually, without any damage to belt and spillage of the material. Frames/brackets are made from high quality corrosion resistant steel, with a range of finishes available. Steel, HD composite, HDPE, rubber and aluminium rollers are available as part of the ConveyorPro roller range.
