Our wire rope for cranes are designed to provide longer life, less downtime, and superior resistance to bending fatigue for lifting applications under adverse working conditions. These cover all types of wire rope for cranes, including specially designed compacted ropes with plastic-impregnated cores and rotation-resistant ropes. Additional Services Offered: Rope Processing For Use: The Wire Ropes for Cranes are measured & cut to length at no load condition. End preparation & socketing with a resin compound. The lengths of crane ropes are tested at proof load. Installation of crane ropes: Deployment of manpower & equipment for installation. Proper post-installation procedures. Inspection: Periodic inspection for assessing the condition of rope, lubrication, and associated equipment parts like sheaves & drums. NDT as & when required. Maintenance of inspection records and periodic sharing with the respective authority. Recommendation for replacement / repair. Post Inspection Services: Rope change. Fitting with used end fitments after proper surface cleaning as required. Load point shifting & end reversal with re-socketing in case of ship unloaders in ports. New rope change for grabs is used in port cranes/ inspection of discarded hoist rope for reuse / re-socketing. Technical Training & Webinar: Imparting customized technical training sessions and webinars on proper handling of hoist and crane ropes for various applications to numerous customers worldwide.
