Up to now, this cake is still very popular not only in the land of Kim Chi but also in many other parts of the world (including Vietnam). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pan-fry: Heat the pan, apply a layer of oil evenly on the surface of the pan. Put the cake (not defrosted) on medium heat and fry on both sides, for total time of: 30 g/piece (180g bag): 4-5 minutes. 180 g/piece (900g bag): 8 minutes. Microwave: 30 g/piece (180g bag): Do not defrost, microwave the cake at 600W for 3 minutes. 180 g/piece (900g bag): Do not defrost, microwave the cake at 800W for 5 minutes 30 seconds 4.
