1. INTRODUCTION VEDAN GOLDEN GOLDEN FISH BALLS – CHEESE FILLING The golden ratio between horsehead fish surimi and cheese filling brings an unexpected flavor through many layers of fish balls. VEDAN Golden Golden Fish Balls – Cheese Filling is a product developed according to a special recipe from VEDAN Vietnam, the surimi is strictly selected from premium raw materials from the ocean (Threadfin Bream) to help the product has a delicious and rich seafood flavor, cheese offer a light sweetness, a little of saltiness, and a moderate creaminess, making the product stand out. Suitable for cooking soup, hot pot, fry and preparing other dishes. 2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS 3. COOKING INSTRUCTION Cooking in soup or hot pot: The product does not need to be defrosted, simply add it to the boiling soup or hot pot and cook for 3-4 minutes before serving. Frying: Defrosting for 2-3 hours, then deep fry in oil at 150ºC for 1 minute and 20 seconds. 4. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS Store at ≤ -18ºC or freezer. Do not refreeze product after defrosting.
