PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS 3. COOKING INSTRUCTION Fry, grill or cook as desired (should lightly cut the sausage before cooking) Defrost product before processing. When frying, fry over low heat (temperature about 120ºC for 3-4 minutes). 4. STORAGE INSTRUCTRIONS Store at -18ºC or in the freezer.
