COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Fry: Pour oil into the pot, the amount of oil must be enough to cover the cake. Boil oil to 170ºC. Put the cake (not defrosted) into the fryer. Depending on the number of cakes, they will be fried at different times: 6 pcs/time: fry for 4.5 minutes (20g pieces), or fry for 5 minutes (30g pieces). 12 pcs/time: fry for 5 minutes (20g pieces), or fry for 6 minutes (30g pieces). 18 pcs/time: fried for 5.5 minutes, or fried for 6.5 minutes (30g pieces). During the frying process, the temperature can be adjusted to achieve the desired color. The cake is cooked, the outside is golden brown and crispy.
