Our high-capacity Aspir® WFH horizontal centrifuges are designed for fine coal applications and help to maximise throughput and dewatering efficiency while minimising operating costs. Overview Our Aspir® WFH horizontal high-capacity fine coal centrifuges use the latest available technology for fine coal dewatering whilst providing low moisture and total operating costs. These jumbo centrifuges are designed around proven principles, such as G-force and basket angle, to help you maximise throughput and dewatering efficiency while minimising operating costs. More than just an incremental change to an existing design, this machine is a step change improvement on all pre-existing fine coal centrifuges. Frequently Asked Questions What makes an Aspir® centrifuge different from that of your competitors? In many centrifuge designs, fine coal and water penetrate the cavity between the mass casting and the water housing. Over time, this build-up solidifies and impedes the stroke of main shaft/basket assembly. All new Aspir® centrifuges and machines are fitted with a unique sealing arrangement that has been developed and perfected by our expert engineers. Features and benefits Ease of Access The cyclone inlet is attached to a hinged door on effluent chamber. This allows ample clearance of relevant parts to provide unfettered access to wet-end components for ease of maintenance. Horizontal Orientation The horizontal orientation of the centrifuge allows for a reduced number of gears/shafts and in situ replacement of the modular drive assembly.
