The products are designed to comply with global quality standards and are exported to leading brand in USA, Europe, UK and other countries Our facility is equipped to produce low-pressure die-casted wheels of up to 24” diameter and 12” width, meeting varied vehicle and customer expectations. The wheels are manufactured in state-of-the-art factory that employ a single-piece flow mechanism with minimal manual intervention with automated machining, diamond turning, and milling for accurate detailing. Every product is 100% tested through the manufacturing process with programmed X-Ray inspection, helium air leak test, run-out, and unbalance measurements. Our factory is equipped with world-class paint shop for a stellar finish through a powder/liquid combination.
