Fresh potatoes and bell peppers gnocchi

Bis di Gnocchi are a mix of soft, colorful and fun potato and bell pepper gnocchi. The gloves are made with classic fresh potato dough, while the hats are made with red peppers. Perfect to eat with butter and sage but also great with a cheese sauce.

Heat 50 g of oil or butter in a non-stick pan. Pour in frozen Gnocchi, cover and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes stirring gently.

Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.

Available in different sizes/packagings, also specific for Ho.Re.Ca/Food Service.

They pair wonderfully with a cheese sauce!
