Christmas Gnocchi are a mix of spinach dumplings and soft potato ones. The stars are prepared following the traditional recipe for potato gnocchi, while trees have a base of spinach: simple but tasty and even approved by little children.

Pour the gnocchi still frozen in a skillet with 25 grams of melted butter and cook on a medium flame for about 7/8 minutes, gradually adding 100gr of water and stirring occasionally.

Sautèe them only with butter and sage, to appreciate the authenticity of the ingredients!
