Eggplant Parmesan is a traditional Italian dish. A savory pie which is mad of a base of eggplant, mozzarella and wrapped in a tasty tomato sauce while topped with extra virgin olive oil and basil. Diced pieces of eggplant make Eggplant Parmesan a versatile product which is ideal for pasta sauces or simply eaten as it is.

Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.

Available in different sizes/packagings, also specific for Ho.Re.Ca/Food Service.
