Potato Gnocchi seasoned with tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella

Sorrento Gnocchi are a classic traditional dish. Soft gnocchi wrapped in a tasty tomato sauce with basil and stringy diced mozzarella. They are ideal both sautéed and baked.

Empty the frozen content of the bag in a large no-stick pan and heat on a medium-high flame for about 12 minutes or until heated through, occasionally stire gently.

Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.

Sautée them in a pan to make the sauce even creamier!
