The Gnocchi stuffed with Salmon, are a really tasty first course. The taste of smoked salmon, combined with the sweetness of mozzarella and the freshness of chives, makes the filling of these gnocchi incredibly delicious. Simple to prepare, good to eat!
In a large non-stick pan, melt a knob of butter and add the frozen gnocchi. Cover and cook on a high flame for 6/7 minutes. Complete the cooking by browning the gnocchi evenly.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen and can be refrigerated for up 24 hours.
