- Request lot traceability, construction and dimensional data, strength and elongation results, coating information and application-specific tests. Rubber reinforcement normally needs adhesion and fatigue qualification with the buyer's system. Prestressing strand needs strength, relaxation and material certificates under the project standard, plus coating or sheathing evidence when specified.
