When prepared with salted egg yolk sauce, the flavor of the snails is elevated to a new level, creating a harmonious combination of sweetness, saltiness, and the distinctive aftertaste of salted egg yolk.
1. INGREDIENTS: SNAIL, COCONUT, SALTED EGG, SUGAR, FISH SAUCE, WATER, GARLIC, LAKSA LEAVES. 2. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes (stored at -18°C), or heat over low heat on a gas or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil. 3. Storage: Store at temperatures ≤ -18°C or in the freezer compartment. 4. Net weight: 16oz/ bowl.
