Frozen Stewed Smelt Fish is well-known for its sweet, lean meat and very few small bones, making it easy to eat. 1. INGREDIENTS: SMELT FISH, WATER, SUGAR, GARLIC, FISH SAUCE, LEMON GRASS, SCALLION, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, PALM OIL, COCONUT, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLI. 2. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or heat over low flame on a gas stove or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil. 3.
