1. INGREDIENTS: ANCHOVY FISH, WATER, PALM OIL, SUGAR, SCALLION, FISH SAUCE, GARLIC, CHILLI, PEPPER, COCONUT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, SALT. 2. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or heat over low flame on a gas stove or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil. 3.
