This cable assembly is fully fitted with flat fixed end terminals, a 45mm adjustable travel nut, a rear positioning retainer and a 29mm shock-absorbing buffer spring. We also offer full customisation for every dimension parameter of this Bowden cable to precisely match your equipment's mounting structure, so no secondary cutting, punching or modification is required during on-site installation. This Bowden cable adopts a 3-layer composite structure for comprehensive protection from outside to inside: Outer protective sheath: PVC or PA Nylon two material options with outer diameters ranging 5–10mm. PA Nylon resists high temperature & UV radiation for outdoor machinery; waterproof PVC is cost-effective for indoor furniture and luggage. Middle support tube: Galvanized/stainless steel flat wire core, with round wire, straight wire and mesh wire structures optional. It supports the cable shape, withstands repeated bending and avoids deformation to shield the inner wire core. Inner traction steel wire: Standard 1×19 galvanized steel wire for general use; flexible upgraded 7×7 / 7×19 wire is available for frequent bending scenarios. Pre-lubricated steel wire ensures friction-free pulling, and the galvanized coating prevents rust and elongation for longer service life. Thickened extended travel adjuster nut Thickened extended travel adjuster nut The widened middle adjuster nut features solid construction for long service life. After long-term repeated pulling, this Bowden cable will naturally produce slack. You can simply twist the nut to tighten the cable and calibrate stroke accurately, eliminating the need to replace the whole Bowden cable and cutting your long-term maintenance costs greatly. Rear integrated shock-absorbing buffer spring The one-piece molded spring delivers stable and balanced elasticity. It absorbs sudden instant pulling force during operation, preventing rigid impact damage to matched brakes, locks and control hardware. It reduces wear, looseness and deformation of core parts, extends the service life of your whole machine and lowers overall maintenance frequency. Robust one-piece crimping craft Both ends of this Bowden cable adopt die-cast integrated crimped terminals, tightly locked with outer sleeves to avoid separation or breakage under strong pulling force.
