The displayed variant comes with a ball terminal on one end and a spring buffer adjuster on the other side. The integrated spring effectively absorbs pulling impact and enables precise fine-tuning of working stroke. Providing consistent, smooth and jitter-free force transmission, it acts as a core actuating part for braking, unlocking and height adjustment mechanisms fitted on seating systems, mobility scooters, garden machinery and medical mobility equipment. We supply multiple outer casing constructions for your Pull Control Cable to suit straight wiring layouts or installations with repeated bends, including flat-wire tubes, straight-wire tubes and mesh-wire tubes. The outer sheath is available in two materials: PVC and PA Nylon, with standard outer diameters ranging from 5mm to 10mm. Flat-wire tubes and straight-wire tubes minimise friction and perform best for straight routing. Mesh-wire tubing features excellent crush resistance and structural stability, ideal for routes with multiple curves. PA nylon sheath boasts outstanding low-temperature resistance and anti-ageing properties for outdoor equipment, while PVC sheath offers cost-efficient solutions for indoor furniture and household appliances. Different inner steel wire rope structures are selectable to match different working loads and bending frequencies of your Pull Control Cable. The 1×19 wire rope serves as the standard option for general applications. Flexible 7×7 construction is recommended for cables installed along curved paths. For wheelchairs, scooters and other devices requiring frequent reciprocating bending, we provide upgraded 7×19 wire rope. The 7×19 structure delivers superior flexibility and prevents wire breakage under continuous flexing.
